Biography

Already at an early age he would help his grandmother in the kitchen whenever she cooked some goodies. He was so curious about what was cooking in a pot that he knocked it over himself, which in no way discouraged him from pursuing his dream of becoming a chef.

The choice of school was clear and he graduated from the 1 st Secondary Vocational School in Břeclav in the field of cooking.

He then sharpened his skills at the U piráta Restaurant and at the Štola Hodonín Restaurant in the Hotel Břeclav. Finally his life led him to the Restaurant-Café Svatého Václava, where he has been the head chef since 2016, and at the same time at Ristorante Italiano Buschetto.

His favourite cuisine is Asian and he enjoys preparing everything because he likes to learn new dishes.

He likes to spend his free time with his family and also enjoys mixed combat sports.
