The aroma is mature and complex. You can trace tones of sap, herbs, leaves and honey. After breathing for some time, slightly balsamic hints become more caramelized and smoky. The flavour is harmonic and balanced, undisturbed by overly prevalent features. It develops nicely in the mouth, with a long, well-structured taste. A smooth, luxurious wine, it’s exceptional in combination with baked camembert, raclette or cheese fondue with fresh baguette and good Alpine bacon.

Sparkling yellow colour with greenish-teal reflections and a very good viscosity. The aroma is subtle with a hint of white grapefruit, lemon zest and ground berries.

Lower, golden yellow colour with greenish reflections and higher viscosity. The aroma is clean, more intense, with notes of ripe tropical fruit, fresh herbs such as mint, in the background with undertones of lime jam and orchard fruit. The taste is fuller, juicy with noticeable residural sugar, with notes of fruit compote, ripe limes and sweet juice from ripe apples. A longer, refreshing finish with a touch of orange marmalade.

Higher, golden yellow colour with greenish reflections and medium viscosity. The aroma is more intense, with notes of ripening apricots, limes and pinceapple, in the background with a hint of blossoming orchard. The taste is fuller, juicy and elegant, with firm acidity. In the relatively long finish, you will discover notes of limes, apricots or sugar melon. We recommend serving at a temperature of 9-11 °C with a wide range of fish dishes, with sushi, or with roasted pork or poultry.

The moderately intense aroma is reminiscent of tones of Granny Smith apples and butter pears, with a hint of baked almond in the background. The taste is medium-bodied and fruity, with a slight hint of spice and pleasant minerality.

Dark garnet colour with a narrow meniscus and very good viscosity. Piquant, spicy aroma of small berries and stone-fruit with a hint of dried juniper. Significant earthy flavour with traces of unripe blackberries, cloves and cinnamon. Warming long aftertaste. Try this wine with red beef, or spiced mutton leg.

Region Morava, subregion Mikulovská, village Novosedly, vineyard U božích muk.

To support the natural fruitiness and character of this red wine, we left it to nature for 18 months in wooden barrique barrels which were produced with a mix of French Oak types. Maturation in these barrels gives the wine additional richness and intensity in both aroma nad flavour.

In an unusually expressive aroma you can find a mixture of concentrated fruitiness and dried strawberries. This aroma expands into a strong, extractive flavour with a stamp of black cherries in chocolate and arabica expresso, supported by harmonious tones of vanilla and sweet tannins from a good quality oak barrel. Bordeaux from Moravia.

Wine of sparkling, garnet colour and medium viscosity. The aroma is moderately intense, reminiscent of ripe cherries or plums, in the background with tones of wild strawberries or blueberries. The taste is juicy, elegant and pleasantly fruity, with tones of ripe cherries and plums with a touch of black spice and soft tannins.

Salmon pink colour. Aroma of fruit yoghurt, strawberry jam and a hint of sake and cherry blossom. Fuller, sweeter flavour of ripe stone fruit and strawberry compote. Delicious combination with salmon and hollandaise sauce dishes.

Sekt Vinofol 2010 was produced using traditional fermentation in the bottle. It is characterized by long-lasting natural sparkle, freshness and citrus-nutty aftertaste. The basis for the production of this sparkling wine are traditional varieties Grüner Veltliner and Welsch Riesling.
